WHEN SUMMER ENDED,
REVENUE COLLAPSED

In October 2024, after the peak season, Bono experienced a significant drop in performance. A common situation in the sector, but a risky one when there is no predictability.

The restaurant was already investing in online advertising. But the campaigns were generating clicks, not consistent growth.

The situation was clear:

  • Heavy dependence on seasonality

  • Irregular growth

  • Low booking predictability

  • Advertising investment without a defined structure

  • Lack of precise data analysis
     

The investment was there. The predictability was not.

The problem was not the product.

It was the absence of a structured growth strategy.

WE BUILT A PREDICTABLE ACQUISITION MODEL AND STRUCTURED SUSTAINABLE GROWTH.

We began with a comprehensive business diagnosis, analysing positioning, the conversion funnel, digital structure and campaign performance.

From there, we structured:

  • Strategic repositioning and clarity of value proposition

  • Funnel structuring focused on active intent

  • Google Ads campaigns optimised for bookings

  • Full tracking implementation (GTM and GA4)

  • Continuous optimisation based on real data

  • Precise alignment between brand, message and performance
     

Important:

Results were achieved with only a minimal increase in investment.

We did not scale the budget.

We scaled efficiency and structure.
